Shipping policy

At JPEG Apparel, every shirt is custom printed just for you as soon as you place an order! 

PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME
Because our products are made-to-order, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it ships.

SHIPPING TIMES & ESTIMATES
Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carriers, estimated transit times are as follows:

• United States: 2–5 business days (Standard Shipping)
• Canada: 5–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your package ships, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

WRONG ADDRESS / ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your checkout! If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at jpegapparel.support@gmail.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please send us clear photos of the issue at jpegapparel.support@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your delivery, and we will send you a free replacement right away!
